Murder Weekends Terms & Conditions
All Murder Mystery Weekends are subject to availability. Prices shown are per person for the weekend. All Murder Mystery Weekends include accommodation in a twin or double room with TV, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone, private en suite bathroom (single supplements will apply, superior and feature rooms are available at a supplement); welcome reception, two nights dinner, bed and breakfast and Saturday lunch and cream tea. Dinner consists of three courses from the menu of the day.
There is also a full themed murder programme with games and a themed party night, with actors to provide the entertainment and guide you through the murder plot.
Murder Mystery Weekends operate according to a minimum and maximum group size to ensure that all participants benefit fully from the programme. If the appropriate numbers are not achieved the venue reserve the right to cancel the event by giving at least two weeks’ notice (usually longer) and, where possible, offering an alternative date or venue. Should these alternatives not be suitable, all monies paid will be refunded. Murder Mystery Weekends are not suitable for children under 16.
For Murder Mystery Weekend bookings, a deposit of £50.00 is chargeable at time of the booking and full payment taken 28 days prior to the guests’ arrival by the hotel. Both deposit and full payment are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
For all other rates not connected to Murder Mystery Weekends, payment is required on arrival and cancellations received after 2.00 p.m. on the day prior to the arrival, will be charged the equivalent of the first days rate. All bookings must be pre-paid in full four weeks prior to commencing your stay. Any cancellations after this time, full payment will be retained as a cancellation charge.
Deposit Payment Terms and Conditions:
For MWL rates, a deposit of £50.00 per person is chargeable at time of booking & full payment made 28 days prior to the date of arrival. Both deposit & full payment are non-refundable and non-transferable. For all other rates not connected with MWL payment is required on arrival and cancellations received after 2 pm on the day prior to arrival, will be charged the equivalent of the first day’s rate. All bookings must be pre – paid in full four weeks prior to commencing your stay. Any cancellations after this time, full payment will be retained as a cancellation charge.
